Day 2 and still very much in practice mode.
I had a much stronger opinion of which way the market was going to and caught two swings in the right direction and got out of one that went against me very quickly. The big swings on the on the STJ training video's seem to be fairly rare, small 5 tick swings though are fairly confident. I certainly missed these swings and probably didn't scalp flat markets enough as I waited for bigger movements.
I had a good feeling that the price on the favourite in a 6f Maiden would come in. It did and I caught the swing but probably exited a little late as it had started to drift at 5 seconds to go.
6 Trades, 3 profit, 2 loss, 1 scratch, net 21% profit.
Happy that I stuck to my own rules, I felt comfortable and relaxed and controlled losses well when things went against me. A lot more practice before I even think about upping stakes.
