The LTF strategy appears to be quite popular, but a little investigation suggests that it will work better on some tracks than others.
Good tracks appear to be:
Lingfield
Wolverhampton
Nottingham
Poor tracks
Southwell (Ironically where I first tried it and had a 66% strike rate). I'm reliably informed that the all weather track at Southwell has a disproportional number of clear winners in handicap races. One to LTF with caution.
I'll be trying again on Thursday and Friday's card at Lingfield and Wolverhampton.
