Last night's games were a bit more one sided which meant there was only really 1 match the fitted my new strategy. Taking advantage of the clear favourites (if there is such a thing in 5 legs of darts) put 5 matches into a multiple.
10 x £0.75 Doubles
10 x £0.75 Trebles
5 x £5.00 Four folds
1 x £20 Five fold
I layed of my selection in play for the lowest liability I could to protect 85% of my stake in each match. Everything went my way and all 26 bets came in for a £116.38 profit! I was very confident of the outcome of the last match but I must confess I had my finger hovering over the lay button for £100 the whole game. Thankfully I didn't need it.
My trade on Stompe v Phillips was a little more one sided than I would have liked and I wasn't matched on my lower figure on Stompe so was forced to hedge out for scratch.
The benefit of watching the match live was brought home to me as the game between Part v Monk was closer than expected and I was able to trade this for a £15.01 profit.
Taking account for all my lays in-play and the net profit for the evening was £102.68. Who'd have thought darts could be so lucrative?
Onto tonight's trade's.
My mentor on all things betting Big Mike had picked the following:
Anderson v Wade
Van Gerwen v Hankey
Winstanley v Walsh
I'm inclined to agree but shall be watching Jenkins v Jones with interest and getting involved if Jones starts well.
