Daily plan - Jan 10

My main focus today is on education and in particularly the formalisation of best practice in the following areas:

1. Trading psychology - In particular my mindset and how to control my emotions
2. Money management - Focused on bank management, staking plans, liability management,and profit withdrawal 
3. Trading edge - Ensuring that my core strategies have a true edge with defined entry and exit points
4. Expectations - How to maintain the balance between risk and restraint for consistent profits

I must learn from the mistakes made in week one and return to the discipline that made my early profits. I can do this and I will succeed but only if I am focussed and disciplined in every single trade.
